Things are moving scarily fast at the moment. Weekends are filled with weddings and man-flu, whilst the weeks are packed with house hunting and mortgage spotting.

Roughly two weeks ago we decided to turn our speculative looking into something more substantial and placed our house on the market. I now sit here typing rather dazed as not only have we found a house that we want but have managed to also sell our house.

I’m still slightly in shock about current developments but hopefully I’ll flesh things out later but suffice to say is that I’m off this afternoon to finalise a mortgage and get the ball rolling for our move from Earl Shilton to Nuneaton.

The Bunnies will be pleased.

Well, it appears I have unintentionally made my first news story. Not quite on the same level as Guy blowing up his own car, but we all have our niches and mine is mercilessly teasing the community with titbits.

The wildcards the poll in question speaks of, the unique freaks of the Viva Pinata world, have taken off amazingly well in the community and have proved a greater success than we could ever have imagined. Originally put in as Easter Eggs for only a lucky few to find it seems their bizarre appearance and rarity have made them a highly sought after commodity and with roughly three months gone since launch still only about a third of all the distinctive mutants have been found.

I’m quite embarrassed in some ways that this has broken out of the forums and onto other sites, mainly because I’m hoping that everything I have in mind actually does come to fruition and doesn’t descend into a smouldering pile of mine workings, especially as I’m slightly dependent on outside sources.

Still, I’m confident things will work out and I encourage you all to vote for which wildcard piñata you would most like to see. Who knows what might happen?
